The first season episode of the Incredible Hulk, “Never Give a Trucker an Even Break” was a great episode that one of the greatest directors of all time, Steven Spielberg hated. Why did Spielberg hate it? The episode used footage from Spielberg’s TV movie the Duel which he made him angry, and you wouldn’t like him when he’s angry. He couldn’t do anything about it though, since, Universal owned both the Hulk TV show and “The Duel” starring Dennis Weaver.   He did learn something though. After that he always insisted a clause be in his contracts to protect his movies from being used as stock footage. Regardless, of Spielberg’s feelings toward the episode, it was one of the best of the series. The scenes in question are related to the red Plymouth shown in the episode and the old beat up big rig truck. In this video I list what I believe to be the top 5 smartest TV cars of all time. This list features the smartest most human like cars ever to grace the television screen. You've probably at least heard of all these cars, but watch the list some of them may have been TV stars before you were even born. Some of these vehicles are slick action superhero cars, and others not so much.

Six Millon Dollar Man ran frm 1973 to 1978. It was based on the 1972 novel Cyborg by Martin Caidin. The show started  with three television films in 1973 that were intended as pilots which then led to fives seasons beginning in 1974 to 1978. The plot of the show involves NASA astronaut Steve Austin who was severely injured in a crashed experimental aircraft. The operation to save his life and rebuild him with super strong bionic limbs cost 6 million dollars. Steve was given a bionic eye that could zoom in images from great distances. His right arm and both legs were replaced with bionic limbs. He could run at speeds over 60 miles per hour. His arm and legs were now super strong powered by nuclear energy. In this video I discuss some of my shocking childhood memories of the 70s that you may or may not share and remember. The 70s were a wild time filled with fun and a lot fewer rules than what we have today. Some of the wild changes from the 1970's to today can be shocking and quite jarring like the crazy amount people smoked back then compared to today, the sheer lack of entertainment options, cigarettes and trash everywhere and yet somehow it all seemed so much more fun back then. When I was a kid, television consisted of 4 channels which had the big three networks, ABC, CBS, and NBC, and then there was PBS for moments of utter desperation. I remember before I was even old enough to go to school waking up on a typical day to watch Sesame Street and the Electric Company. Johnny Bravo the cartoon character and Gilligan from Gilligan's Island the classic 1960's TV show. Johnny Bravo seems to have gotten lost on the island surfing and goes straight to asking Gilligan about Mary Ann and Ginger, but for some strange reason doesn't want to know anything about Mrs. Howell.

What Do the Terminator, Hulk, Harlan Ellison, and the Outer Limits have in common? Kang the Conqueror Well, what do the Terminator, Hulk, Harlan Ellison, and the Outer Limits all have in common? Let's travel back in time and go forward. First, let's visit the Outer Limits back in the early 1960's when Harlan Ellison wrote two classic episodes of the Outer Limits titled, "Soldier"  and "Demon with a Glass Hand".   What if Batman was inserted into all TV shows. Imagine Batman television show mixes like Batman on the Twilight Zone instead of William Shatner, Batman replacing Tom Selleck as Thomas Magnum, Batman replacing Mr. Leonard Nemoy as Spock on Star Trek, or even Batman replacing Jerry Mathers as the Beaver. I got the idea thanks to DC Comics pretty much creating an over abundance of Batman comic books every month. I thought why stop with 20 books a month, why not have Batman take over everything. I think Adam West could have been great in Star Trek, and Michael Keaton would have been great playing Batman playing Magnum P.I. Batman could have replaced Rod Serling as the narrator for the Twilight Zone. I doubt Batman fans could ever get enough Batman. I know if Adam West or Michael Keaton were involved I'd be watching the show.
